About Chatwisz
Chatwisz is not an ordinary chatbot because it is not conversational based. You cannot ask emotional or vague questions, but you can ask general questions about resources that best fits your needs. Chatwisz's database is updated weekly and contains information that includes: healthcare, homecare, housing, transportation, finance, equipment funding, education, and non-profit resources.
How It Works
Type
Type your question into the search bar that is found at the bottom of the app. Write the message over the welcome prompt "What is your question?"
Send
After typing your question, press the button looks like an arrow to send.
Thinking
After pressing "Send", you will see 3 bubbles which means the app is generating a response.
Response
Chatwisz will then give you a paragraph summary of all the infromation that answers your questions. The response should be under your question. Example below.

Below each answer are references to the original matieral, including URL.
Please refrain from adhering to any information lacking proper facts.
Error
Whenever you get an error message, it is best to restart your chat by pressing the blue button in the top right hand corner.
